Floricode is the authority in the field of registration of floriculture products in the world.
When registering floriculture products, the entire crop/product name is recorded by Floricode. ABS uses the data provided via Floricode, via the newly developed Floricode API this data is available.

Floricode manages a large number of data files for floriculture, which it does together with interested parties and users. The data are so-called 'master data'; these are the key data on floriculture products, companies, and articles. This data is used daily in the Axerrio software for, among other things, the exchange of digital orders, deliveries, and invoices. After all, an order contains data about the product, the characteristics, the packaging, the producer, the supplier, the loading and unloading location, etc.
To ensure that you do not have to enter and keep track of all this data manually, you can use the Floricode API so that this process is fully automated. This prevents you from working with incorrect or old data, in addition, it saves you a lot of work and time

Codes are of great importance in electronic messaging between trading partners. Data about companies and articles are often stored encrypted in computers and exchanged between growers, auctions, buyers and transporters by means of these codes. Floricode manages all code lists that relate to floriculture products, floriculture processes and floriculture chains. In 2013 Floricode took over the management of the VBN product coding, so that there is now one international counter for all codes in floriculture.
Floricode standardizes the digitization of the chain processes on the basis of international norms and standards.
