Axerrio is a relatively small organization so that everyone knows each other well and we can respond quickly and dynamically to the increasing developments in the market and technology. Our organization is growing rapidly and that is why we are immediately looking for a Service Desk employee to strengthen our team.
As Servicedesk employee (M/f) you are the first contact for our customers when they have questions or experience problems with the software. You ensure incidents and request for chance are registered in the ticket system. This results in tickets appear correctly in the workload. Of course you keep track of the tickets and give feedback to customers. One of the tasks is to solve simple incidents.
You like contact with customers and know how to handle resistance. You keep calm even when a situation gets harder. Besides customer contact you are in daily contact with colleagues of other departments. You get the chance to have an active role in the further development of our service device and the tooling, so we can keep improving our services with your help.
